VIDEO SCRIPT

A brand new reality TV Show takes viewers aboard the world’s two largest civilian-run hospital ships to meet the international volunteers bringing hope and healing to coastal Africa.
This behind-the-scenes journey called The Mercy Ships reveals what it’s like to live and work on a Christian ministry hospital ship.
Director of this unique reality show Tracy Trost shares more about his hopes for this project:
That people become fans of the show, which makes them fans of Mercy Ships and will hopefully make them go hey I can do that. I’ve got that skills and I can serve God and serve humanity with my skill.
So does Trost plan to run many more seasons of The Mercy Ships?
When you find something like this to me as a content creator, that is so dynamic and so deep. People are like so will you run out of stories, I’m like no because there are people coming and going all the time. And every time you meet somebody their story is unique to themselves and unique to how they got there and why they do what they do. So for me it would be a legacy to keep this going for ten seasons.
And the first season of the Mercy Ships is currently available via their distributor Angel Studios.
