VIDEO SCRIPT
I am Pastor Carlos Vielma, and I am currently at Paradise Springs. In the background, as you can see clearly, the machinery is there, coming down from a building that collapsed completely and damaged the one beside it very badly. There are rescue and relief operations underway there, providing assistance today. Oh, we have police forces cooperating, the firefighters, and many volunteers bringing water, and also bringing essential aid for the people who are working here today. We would like to issue once again a call to all evangelical Christian institutions across Latin America to devote themselves to helping us in this very difficult moment Venezuela is living through. It is a moment that is very strong, deeply meaningful, and highly impactful, truly, where we can clearly see the urgent need for a helping hand extended, open hands and outstretched arms to give and receive. Today, the nation of Venezuela needs the essential, urgent help and the broad, unwavering support of every single one of you, now and always. First, in prayer, with supplies at hand, with properly trained personnel for this kind of task, and with a comforting, friendly hand placed on the shoulder in these moments of mourning, of pain, of sadness, and with deep, overwhelming, profound emotional, spiritual, and affective needs.
