We’re here in Jamaica, and we’re setting up our emergency field hospital right where the hurricane came ashore and did a lot of damage. The local hospital has been destroyed. The people are really hurting. It’s just if you talk to anyone on the street, their tears are flowing almost immediately. A lot of them know God, know Jesus. We’ve been able to talk to them and just show them the love of Jesus already, even before our hospitals open. And they’re just so happy to see us here.

Oh, I love it. I love you people, I love you.
Lasbourne Rickets – Beneficiary
Anybody else I see who’s appearing sick I say let’s go down here. I’ll say we have some nice, lovely people down here.

For God so loved his word that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Thank you all.
Savannah McGuire – Samaritan’s Purse
Scripture tells us that God is close to the broken-hearted, so people that have lost everything have broken hearts, and we’re here to tell them that God loves them. Jesus loves them. We’re helping in Jesus’ name and hoping that we can come and give a little bit of aid and teach about the comfort and the peace that Jesus brings in tough times.
