A retreat in Ukraine provided much-needed support for pastors and spiritual leaders facing intense personal and ministry challenges, including PTSD and burnout. In a warm atmosphere of unity, leaders were able to share openly, encourage one another, and find renewed strength, clarity, and hope for the road ahead as they continue to serve in difficult circumstances.
It’s a space for genuine conversations, a warm atmosphere, and real unity — a place where pastors can listen to each other, share openly, find encouragement, and renew their strength for the journey ahead.

Shalom everyone and greetings from KEF Ukraine. We are at the 2025 International Messianic Pastors’ Retreat. This time is truly set apart for senior pastors, Messianic Rabbis, bishops, and director of missions from different cities and countries, not only to be united in one place, but to experience God’s presence. We work tirelessly to build a comfortable and warm atmosphere for ministers, creating a place for them to meet with each other, to listen, to share thoughts, to discover new ideas, and to find support among colleagues. We make every effort to provide this special place. Our desire is for every guest to experience joy, friendship, and safety. You are most welcome in the space which we created to inspire, encourage and unite all of us for the sake of God’s movement.
We continue to work during the full-scale invasion in Ukraine and each year we conceive of new specific programs. There are panel discussion addressing current issues in the church, how to manage PTSD and burnout, depressions and recognizing when we need help. We also continue to speak about the challenges faced by pastors and the stresses of functioning and their roles under continual oversight and public scrutiny. And of course, a great deal of our focus is on our chaplain, their labor, their challenges, their continual search of balance, and the preventions of overworking. It’s a great opportunity for our ministers and servant leaders to gather together during these difficult times in our country and for churches as well.
The Pastors’ Retreat is the place where different confessions and denominations unite. Last year’s pastor’s retreat became a huge source of support for pastors and rabbis both in Ukraine and other countries. In this warm Jewish messianic atmosphere, this unity and closeness are becoming even more relevant.
